Return and replacement policy

We value your purchase from Enal, and we regret that if you make a return decision, we are happy to serve you if you are not satisfied with the product because of a defect caused by the product during the shipping process or you have received a product that is different from your order, we at Enal will do our best to make the replacement as simple as possible.

All you have to do is contact us through the Contact Us contact form, or contact us by email or phone within 15 days of receipt, taking into account the following:

The merchant sent the wrong product

There are defects in the product

The product was damaged during shipping

The product was not delivered at the agreed time

Recovery procedures:

- The customer can return purchases from all Enal branches free of charge provided that the above conditions are met.

- The customer can retrieve the purchases by reloading them back to the store, in case of refund the customer will bear the shipping costs if any.

- Once the recovered products are received, store officials will check and verify their status and will proceed with the return of the product value and delivery fees.

- If payment is made by credit card, we will return the amount to the original payment card within 15 working days 'please take into account any further time limit your bank may charge for the completion of the transaction'.
